Dr. Leila Grant-Cleveland
Owner | Audiologist
Dr. Leila Grant-Cleveland is a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) and the owner of All About Ears, LLC. She is proud to be a native Texan and to have had the privilege of serving this great state as an audiologist for more than 10 years. Her bachelor’s and master’s degrees were earned at Lamar University State College in Beaumont, TX, while her doctorate degree was acquired from Salus University in Elkins Park, PA. Her goal is to provide quality care to all individuals through diagnosis, amplification, education, conservation, and rehabilitation.

Maria Grant, RN BSN
Office Manager
Maria is a Registered Nurse with a background in home health, geriatrics, and managed care. She has extensive experience in medical settings as she began as a field nurse and worked her way up to the Assistant Director of nursing. After leaving home health, Maria worked for United Healthcare as a Senior Care Manager working with the Texas Medicaid population. She then worked in a nursing facility before joining All About Ears in early 2023 to help her sister, Dr. Leila Grant-Cleveland.
Maria enjoys working with her sister every day, enriching the lives and hearing of their patients. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, gardening, thrifting, and is a cat and dog mom.

All About Ears, LLC, is proud to be a part of the Beaumont community. Dr. Leila Grant-Cleveland is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and an advocate for Alzheimer’s awareness. She provides educational information on hearing loss and teaches people how to clean their hearing aids through various community programs.
